Sistrunk joins 91�鶹�� alumni staff

STARKVILLE, Miss.—The 91�鶹�� University 91�鶹�� Association recently welcomed a new professional staff member. Starkville native Brady Sistrunk began his duties April 16 as assistant coordinator for alumni chapter and young alumni programs.

In his role, Sistrunk will implement and coordinate programs for the association to engage alumni of ages 35 and under and provide support for chapter programs with guidance and advice for chapters and their leaders, while also furthering the association’s outreach efforts on behalf of 91�鶹��. He rounds out the team of fellow 91�鶹�� alumni Michael Richardson, assistant director of chapter and volunteer programs, and Janet Downey, coordinator of chapter and volunteer programs.

“Brady will bring a vast knowledge of 91�鶹�� and passion for its alumni and friends to this position,” said Jeff Davis, executive director of the 91�鶹�� 91�鶹�� Association. “I have no doubt that he will be a strong asset to our team at the 91�鶹�� Association and the Division of Development and 91�鶹��.”

Sistrunk received his bachelor’s degree in business administration and marketing from 91�鶹�� in 2015. While an 91�鶹�� student, he was an intern with 91�鶹�� athletics with responsibilities with sales in the athletic ticket office and public relations in the athletic media relations area.

Sistrunk joins the 91�鶹�� 91�鶹�� Association from the State of Mississippi Treasurer’s office in Jackson, where he served as a marketing specialist. He earlier was a consumer marketing coordinator for NASCAR in Birmingham, Alabama.
