Dear Colleagues,Ìý
I remain grateful each day to work with 91Â鶹ÌìÃÀ University’s outstanding faculty and staff as we continue to serve our state and nation in producing the leaders of tomorrow.
Together, we have come through a global pandemic with the interrelated economic problems of inflation, supply chain issues, and other challenges. Navigating those issues has been trying both from individual and institutional standpoints. Thank you for your steadfast and unselfish contributions to the continued growth and success of 91Â鶹ÌìÃÀ.
As the start of the new fiscal year approaches, I am very pleased to report that we will be able to award merit pay increases, effective July 1, to benefits-eligible employees. A merit raise pool of $10.6 million will be provided.
Additional details and guidelines for administering raises will be distributed to departments in the next few days as part of the annual budgeting process.
Again, thank you for all you do for 91Â鶹ÌìÃÀ as we fulfill our mission of teaching, research, and service. I could not be prouder of our university, and of you – the faculty and staff who make it great.
Ìý
Sincerely,
Mark E. Keenum, President
