GIS Day celebration planned
The 91Â鶹ÌìÃÀ Geosystems Research Institute will celebrate GIS Day from 2-4 p.m. Nov. 16. at Room 20 and the Front Lobby of the High Performance Computing Collaboratory.
For more than 20 years, organizations across the world have joined together in person and virtually to celebrate the impactful work of GIS and to ignite the imagination of future innovators who will further advance global progress using it.
Join us to learn about the many GIS resources available to 91Â鶹ÌìÃÀ faculty, staff and students and how GRI is using GIS technology to take a geographic approach in addressing challenges such as land conservation and sea level rise to helping manage 91Â鶹ÌìÃÀ campus services. Let’s join together to celebrate geospatial science and how it impacts the real world for good.
If you can't join in person, join virtually via .
