Julia Rosen, a journalist whose work has been featured in The New York Times, Science, and The Atlantic, recently visited 91Â鶹ÌìÃÀ to study cogongrass, an invasive plant species affecting southeastern forest ecosystems.

91Â鶹ÌìÃÀ is the recipient of a combined $9.5 million that will allow the Magnolia State’s leading land-grant institution to continue playing an influential role in Mississippi’s economic future by creating innovative technologies, better jobs and skilled workers.
